We’re taking the foundation of the Core $10 Series and expanding the experience with dynamic sequencing, a focus on precision, and that signature Brooklyn energy for a full 60-minute session.

Join Kiersten, founder of KGC Pilates, for an energizing hour that strengthens the mind-body connection. This session is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're looking to refine your form or build your endurance. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always provided so you can move at the pace that feels right for your body.

THE POWER HOUR FLOW

  • Check-In: Arrive 10 minutes early to ground yourself and prep for the burn.

  • The Start: Class starts promptly—we value your time and your effort!

  • The 60-Min Sculpt: A high-energy Mat Pilates flow. We focus on technical precision, core endurance, and stability work that builds long-term strength.

  • The Reset: An intentional stretch and recovery to leave you feeling powerful, centered, and revitalized.

A LIL' HEADS UP (The Rules)

  • BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat): To keep our boutique experience accessible, please bring your own mat. A very limited number of rentals are available for $5 at checkout on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Inclusive Energy: Come ready to work at your own capacity and support the community. This is a space for growth, grit, and good vibes—no matter your experience level.

  • Dress Code: Wear whatever makes you feel unstoppable and ready to move.
